Why can I not use a previously used password? I'm not talking about the one most recently used or even one used 3 passwords ago, but ANY and ALL previously used are rejected! Seriously?!? We're not protecting nuclear codes here! How about updating the app to use biometrics like every other app in existence?! Or simply bring back paper tickets. Sometimes the best solution doesn't need to be the most digitally complicated.

omg adding 1 ticket to your Google wallet is a several step process. unfortunately if you buy more than one ticket you need to start the several step process all over for each one! why can't i add all of the tickets at once or at least a quick way to add the next one. nope right back to the beginning, then view tickets, then view event, then select the ticket, then add to wallet, then yes this account, then start all over for the next one! ⁵

Well, I hope I can get into the show tonight that I bought two tickets for, because they're not showing up on this app. I click on My Tickets, and then the app sends me to the mobile website where it says I don't have tickets to any upcoming shows. I've never had this issue with mobile tickets before. If I can't get into the theater, I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company.
