I've used this for a couple of years but it's buggy all the time. Now it is giving messages "unable to reach server", which makes the app useless. I've tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling, as well as clearing the cache. They really need to get people to improve the app. Most people prefer the freedom of scheduling themselves rather than having to call in and go through a bunch of prompts to schedule a donation.

Logs you out when you close the app. You must select donation state every time you open the app. When logged into the app and you choose Versipass, it takes you to the website, where you then have to log in again to complete the questionnaire. When I emailed Versiti specifically about needing to login twice, I got a response from someone who clearly didn't comprehend what I was pointing out. 01/29/24- The app is useless. It says it's "Unable to reach server".

Read the reviews and was pretty nervous, but it seems a lot of the complaints have been fixed, especially the calendar part. No problem with login or password either. Neat way to track your donation and health history easy to keep an appointment set too (they don't seem to call much if you already have an appointment set). Make sure you pick the right state when you sign up though, I didn't, you need an account for each state you donate in I guess. Always a great experience donating though.
