App keep failing, what happens when one is in a health emergency!

Daylight robbery Had been with Hollard for over 6 years with no buildings claims. After the hail storms in Midrand of November 2023, my property was damaged. With my premiums being uptodate. Submitted a claim to get property restored to original condition. The first red flag was when assessor arrived with no ladder to make proper assessment. The 2nd red flag was that he only assessed for a total sum of 8minutes. They rejected majority of my claim due to "wear&tear". Avoid Hollard.
