About this app

HerCalida was created to help you better understand your routine, your cycle, and the signs recorded over time — with privacy, support, and clear information.
Record aspects of your daily life, track your history, and view information organized according to your life stage and the contraceptive method used.

With HerCalida, you can:
• track menstrual cycles and record different flow intensities;

• correctly identify withdrawal bleeding or spotting during the use of hormonal contraceptives;

• view bleeding days directly on the calendar;

• receive pill reminders at the configured times;

• record mood, sleep, hydration, pain, and other aspects of your routine;

• track the history of cycles, averages, and observed variations;

• receive information adapted to the data you actually recorded;

• export or delete your data using the controls available in the application.

Throughout use, HerCalida uses the history recorded on the device itself to improve cycle estimates. When there is not yet enough information, the application makes this clear and presents a level of confidence compatible with the available history.
Meet Calie
Calie is HerCalida's artificial intelligence assistant. With your permission, it uses the context of your records to offer explanations and guidance that are more relevant to your routine, avoiding answers disconnected from the available information.
Calie does not make diagnoses, does not prescribe medications, and does not replace the evaluation of healthcare professionals. The generated responses can be reported directly through the application if they are considered offensive, dangerous, misleading, or inappropriate.

Privacy and security
Personal and health records remain, by default, stored and encrypted on the device. Necessary communications with Firebase and Google services are protected in transit via HTTPS.
HerCalida does not sell health data and does not use this information for behavioral advertising. The use of Calie depends on specific consent, which can be revoked.
HerCalida Modalities
The application will be available in three modalities:
• Free: essential resources for records and monitoring;
• Premium: additional organization and analysis tools;

• HerCalida Assistant: access to Calie and the artificial intelligence features identified in the application.

Feature availability may vary depending on the chosen plan and launch phase.

HerCalida is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The application does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
