Update: Dropped to 3 stars. I keep getting emails that I have an E-Notice in the app, but it always errors out so I have to way to access these notices. I deleted and reinstalled the app as recommended, still didn't fix the issue. Overall a good app. I do wish bill pay was easier to access, like a quick button on the bottom along with Accounts, Transfers, Card Controls, Etc.

I like how I don't have to log in to see balances, but that's about it. I do not like how it no longer shows an ACTUAL account balance with pending transactions figured in. It makes it seem like there is more money available than there actually is, which can cause people to overdraft and be charged fees. The overall layout is also not very user friendly. Go back to the old layout, it was much easier to use.

Someone at Heritage has ruined the mobile app. It used to be so easy to use. Now it fails more than half the times I try to use it. It has that no robot verification that fails to load or just doesn't work. I have to go to settings and use the force stop to go back and start over. This morning when I logged on only two of my six accounts are listed. Someone just decided to unilaterally remove four of them from my mobile app access I guess.
