I like how I don't have to log in to see balances, but that's about it. I do not like how it no longer shows an ACTUAL account balance with pending transactions figured in. It makes it seem like there is more money available than there actually is, which can cause people to overdraft and be charged fees. The overall layout is also not very user friendly. Go back to the old layout, it was much easier to use.

It's not just getting used to a new layout. The app is objectively worse than the previous version and is full of bugs. It takes way too long for money to appear in the account and has lead to major confusion with my wife and I. On her app is says our account has "xxxx" amount, and in mine it has a completely different total. I often times have to click off the account page, and then go back to the account page and then it might show the correct amount.

The app has a large issue where it's bad at keeping track of how much money you have. I used the pay off credit card balance feature and it paid $10 more than it should have. I tried to remove said $10 from credit card, that money did not come out but it did charge me a "cash advance" fee. They lost $10 of mine then charged me $10 for me trying to remove it. Customer support they said it was my fault for trying to solve the problem and they couldn't help. Also the app loses track of pennies.
