terrible app. keeps crashing. and devs haven't bothered fixing it on Android. as doctors , we rely on this app. and it keeps crashing.

This tool is a huge efficiency boost for healthcare professionals (Scribe, messaging, directory are great). ​However, the patient experience is disjointed—we use non-user-friendly NHS links, not a proper app. ​To truly cut down on "tons of calls and misunderstanding," a dedicated, secure Accurx Patient App is desperately needed. Please give patients an easy, reliable digital tool to manage admin and appointments. This would maximize digital adoption and patient satisfaction!

I'm a patient completing a questionnaire of daily test results. Why am I being prompted every day to download the app? It's annoying and unnecessary!
