HeroApp is a patient tracking application that helps individuals living with Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) digitally record and track their attacks. This application is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. The information in the application is for tracking purposes only and does not replace your physician's medical assessment.

What can you do with HeroApp?

• Detailed Attack Log: Record your attacks with an easy-to-follow, step-by-step form — attack severity, affected body areas, triggering factors, pre-attack symptoms, surgical interventions, treatment received, and impact on quality of life.

• Add Photos: Enrich your records by adding photos of swelling or symptoms.

• Connect with Your Physician: See your assigned physician and follow informational messages sent through the application.

• Regular Follow-up: Monitor your check-ups and treatment progress in one place.

• Offline Use: Create attack logs even without an internet connection; your data automatically and securely syncs when a connection is established.

• Your Data is Under Your Control: Export your personal data at any time or permanently delete your account and all your data.

Privacy and Security
Your data is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and GDPR principles. Your health data is protected by AES-256 encryption and is stored only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who is it for?
HeroApp is designed for adult patients diagnosed with Hereditary Angioedema and followed up under medical supervision.

HeroApp is not an emergency application. In case of an emergency, please call the 112 Emergency Call Center or go to the nearest health facility.
