A dedicated companion app runs on your Wear OS smartwatch, giving you at-a-glance hole distances and shot information right on your wrist — no need to take your phone out of your pocket between shots.

🗺️ Maps & Course Data
🌍 Automatic Course Discovery
HeyCaddyAI automatically searches for golf courses near your location using OpenStreetMap data — no manual setup required. Courses are cached locally so they're available even without a signal on the course.

🗺️ Interactive Hole Maps
Every hole is displayed on a live GPS map with your position updated in real time. The map offers three views:

    Hole View — full overhead view of the hole with hazards, green polygon, and centreline shown as a dashed line.
    Green View — zooms into the green area, ideal for approach shot decisions.
    Planner — switches to planning mode to lay out your strategy before you play.

A persistent crosshair marker in the centre of the screen lets you instantly read the distance to any point just by panning the map .

📋 Course & Shot Planner
Plan your entire round before you tee off. Use the Planner map view to tap and place shot markers anywhere on the hole. Each marker instantly calculates the distance and recommends the right club from your personalised bag. Adjust the marker position and the club recommendation updates automatically.

🎯 Skill Level Targets
A sliding scale from Beginner to Pro adjusts the target zones shown on the planner map, giving you realistic landing areas that match your game rather than a scratch golfer's. Access it via the ⚙️ button on the map screen.

📊 Round & Stats Tracking
Track your score hole by hole with a full digital scorecard. Log your score relative to par, plus fairways hit, greens in regulation (GIR), and putts per hole — giving you the same stats a professional caddie would record.
🎯 Target Side Game

Add a points-based target game to any round. Earn points when your shots land within the target zone for your skill level, creating a fun challenge alongside your main scorecard. The side game toggle and live score are always visible during your round, and results are saved with your round history.

📜 Round History
Every completed round is saved automatically and accessible from the History screen. Review your hole-by-hole scorecard, fairways hit, GIR percentage, and side game results for any past round at a glance.

📏 Club Statistics
HeyCaddyAI learns your real carry distances over time. Every validated shot contributes to your personal club averages, which are used to fine-tune club recommendations. View your stats per club — average distance, consistency percentage, and number of recorded shots — all in the Stats tab.
