Ratings and reviews

I haven't had any major issues with this app. The only things preventing me from rating it 5 stars are the lack of debit card, the lack of instant transfer to outside accounts, and the inability to log in while outside of the US. I hope some of these shortcomings are resolved in the near future.

Absolutely not. If your app is a "financial product" that is kinda sorta backed by a bank but isn't a bank itself, and the only way to access funds is through the app, then the stability of the app, especially startup and log in, simply CANNOT be an afterthought. there have been multiple times that I have been unable to even get to login and no amount of force stopping the app or restarting the phone would fix it. The only fix was to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. Unacceptable.

Downloaded the app tried to get them to send a verification code to my phone and I was unable to get it to send me a text message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling resending the code several different times after 30 minutes of waiting I never received the code. I verified that the phone number was accurate. I will be uninstalling and using a different bank. This is unacceptable app quality. I don't have issues with any text verifications ever with any company. Goodbye!
