About this app
Pathways Lab helps students with limited access to career services test a possible career before deciding. It turns a career question into a seven day experiment made of small, concrete actions.
How it works
• Tell the app what you are curious about, or leave it open. These notes are only for your own reference
• Set how much time fits your day: each day has short ten minute actions, and one useful action is enough
• Choose whether you prefer offline activities or are fine with connected ones
• Start your first experiment. The first route lets you try the work of a data analyst across seven ordered days
Explore
An opportunity map groups ways to learn, practise and contribute into equal branches: data and community, people and systems, making and organizing. Entries include free courses, communities, scholarships, volunteering and observation routes. Official pages open in your browser only when you choose.
Portfolio
Keep private check-ins, conversation preparation, saved opportunities and evidence of what you tried.
Private and calm
• No account is required and the core experiment works offline
• Your workspace is stored on your device. Export it as a file or reset it from Settings
• No streaks, no absence penalties, no analytics. The free version shows ads; the one-time Supporter purchase removes them.
Free core, optional support
The complete seven day experiment is free. An optional lifetime Supporter Pack adds advanced portfolio templates and extra conversation preparation material. It never unlocks core progress, safety features, data access or export.
