I like the game so far. My only issue is that there is no background music. I've made sure in settings that the music volume is all the way up and nothing. I even spent 100 diamonds to purchase a song and I can't hear anything. I press play on the radio and nothing. Bummed about it because I like cozy music and I was hoping to hear it.

The game is fun and relaxing, and all the adorable cats being there is a plus. An issue now is that I can't play it anymore, as whenever I try to open the app, it's stuck at the black loading screen you first see. I asked support for help and they said I need to give them my game ID..I can't give the ID if I can't open the game now can I? I know uninstalling will just get rid of all my progress, so I'm hoping there's some way this issue can be fixed, but my hope is low on this aspect.

Genuinely very fun! I love how much there is to build for the cats, their personalities and the outfits you get to dress them in, it's a beautiful game, and I don't have to pay money to make decent progress. The reason I docked a star is that the events are almost impossible to fully complete if you're not paying. They're the only way to get the special cats and I've worked hard & sunk tens of hours into each, but I've only ever won one in the last year. It's frustrating and doesn't feel fair.
