I heard about this game thanks to the recent controversy and wasn't going to play. The company changed course or clarified or both, honestly I wasn't that invested. Anyways I was bored so I decided to give it a try. Normally you get this kind of art (you know what I mean) or a good story, rarely both. Then if you do get both the gacha is horrendous. Brown Dust 2 did it right. I feel they nailed all three solidly at 4/5. A game that delivers all three gets upgraded to 5/5.

I've been playing this game for about 10 months now and it's really F2P friendly. The turn-based combat hasn't gotten stale, the story stays interesting, and there's always some event going on. The game has progressively taken on a more mature tone but I'm fine with that. The story, gameplay, and devs constantly showering you with free stuff keeps me coming back.

For the past two weeks, random crashes have been occurring with annoying frequency. There have been three occasions where the game crashes and then will crash over and over as I try to reenter the game. The overall ignorance to qualitt, a lack of stable builds and recent business decisions (and reversals due to public pressure) makes me think that the developer is going downhill fast. Find a different game.
