Terrible app, terrible service. App does not work even after i paid subscription. Went through site directly to view Redemption and had to pay 10 dollars again. Surprise surprise the streaming did not work either! Missed event. Tried two different internet connections and not the issue. A day later trying to watch replay and stream freezes after 2 minutes of watching! Incredible!

A+ for Content D- for the App. The only reason it's not an F is that it does allow you to watch the content. This content cannot be searched by anything other than one word, which wouldn't be the worst thing except you can't save to a watchlist what you want to watch later. The App also doesn't hold your place on what you are watching and if you happen to turn your device while watching it and the screen changes orientation it may just reset your video. I would happily pay double for this app if

the app is spotty at best. able to accept cards and paypal, yet not being able to log into my account. I cant even contact support as it says they were unable to send an email and to contact pivotshares support email. hopefully this gets resolved soon as I would like to continue using the services, but dont feel comfortable with how things are in this state
