app was working fine until they force me to use Google authenticator, After I downloaded Google authenticator I no longer getting any code send to me so I'm missing out on on boarding with new broker. I emailed and also called Highway helpline guy the answer the phone was really rude end up having the phone on me, it seems like they don't want to help at all. I'll start asking Broker to send me the on boarding a different way!!!!

it is ridiculous they want every time to move the truck physically. For physical location activity. They need it every week. Ridiculous, nonsense. It is ok if you want it after months but every week? Some moron sitting in the offices never touched the actual truck are trying to control the industry.

My experience was great, easy, and fun, to say the least. Their customer service department is A1 and responds quickly to any questions or problems. I was personally helped by the assistant manager over there, named Amelia, who got me going immediately. Thanks again it was very much appreciated.
