Your full file is read on your device and is not uploaded. To suggest matches, Higxel securely sends only the first five parsed rows and, when needed, unmatched unique category names through its backend to OpenAI. You still review everything before importing. Confirmed records use normal Higxel cloud sync. Export layouts vary. Receipt images, attachments, and transfer records are not imported.

Use optional smart features
• Turn eligible SMS and email payment notifications into expense suggestions you can review
• Use Expense Automation for familiar payments and pause or delete its rules whenever you want
• Optionally sync supported expense fields to a Google Sheet you choose
• Keep signed-in account data synced across devices

Higxel keeps you in control. Receipt details stay editable, and saved records remain manageable from the app. When importing, check dates, amounts, account assignments, and balances, especially if your starting balance already includes those transactions.
