I've been on and off my rowing machine for years just rowing on my own without much drive. More recently I thought to myself, I've been following along to yoga videos for years...there must be rowing videos too! That's how I found Training Tall. I followed Austin's row-along workouts on YouTube, loved them, and checked out the app. Both Training Tall and the app have kept me much more motivated with my improved form, newfound sense of purpose, and achievement goals. Game changer!

This is more than a rowing app. It's an incredible training platform. The workouts are varied and interesting which is a great motivator. I have seen amazing results in my performance and technique. Just row is turning me into an athlete, which is something I never thought I would be. And the value for money is unmatched. You would be hard pressed to find this kind of content anywhere else and they'd charge you quadruple the price.

I downloaded the app and subscribed to the 7 day free trial. The workouts are absolutely incredible and completely worth your time! The only reason for my lower rating is that I was working on the Row 20 series and despite using the app for the last week, only days 1-13 are uploaded. It makes me question if the app is still being monitored and updated regularly. If this can be fixed, I'll more than gladly resubscribe; however, until then, I'll just stick with the Training Tall YouTube channel.
