◆ App Access Permissions
Lotte Hi-Mart accesses various smartphone functions to provide convenient services to customers.

Required Permissions
- Phone: Device identification and app status (version) confirmation
- Storage: App integrity check, image storage, and photo attachment functions
Failing to grant consent to required permissions will restrict service registration and use.

Optional Permissions
- Camera: QR/barcode scanning, photo product reviews, photo taking, video consultations
- Microphone: Video consultations
- Location: Store locator, exhibition specials, weather check
- Contact: Gifting
- Notifications: App notifications
You may choose not to consent to optional access permissions, but we will ask for your consent when such features are required. Even if you decline, there are no restrictions on using basic services. You can change your preferences in the app settings.

The Lotte Hi-Mart app's access permissions are divided into required and optional permissions, compatible with Android 6.0 and higher.

If you're using a version lower than 6.0, you cannot individually grant optional permissions. We recommend checking with your device manufacturer to see if they offer an OS upgrade feature and updating to 6.0 or higher if possible.

* Optional access permissions can be withdrawn by navigating to [More] - [Settings] - [Permissions] and selecting the permissions you wish to grant.

Ratings and reviews

We purchased the HiMart "Basics 14" computer with the app. We used it only to edit files in Google Drive and to connect to Zoom for my daughter's classes. 3 weeks and we have a flimsy plastic brick. Customer service is closed on weekends and only available via chat. It took more than a week to get a new power pack. Sent it in and just received it tonight, still bricked. I thought Little was dependable. Guess I was fooled.

Make account, it won't let me log in. Try to reset password, account doesn't exist. Try to make a new account, user already exists. No sale for you.

Useless. don't work. Waste of time.
