I love that it has practical tips and is based on science. The different ways of learning are really helpful, and it's great that the information is in bite sized chunks so you can stop to process. The information is covered in different ways so you don't forget, with lots of callbacks.

The first half of this program is 5 stars. It does a good job of simplifying good ideas for building connections with your kids and in relationships. But once you get to "serve and return", you get a too brief explanation, then we veer into some different levels of neglect, which doesn't seem to serve any real purpose other than to scare you. So, if you'd like some good tips, watch the first half, then stop sometime before serve and return.

So far, this has been one of the most engaging, simple but spot-on apps, or any kind of parent/child relationship building product that makes sense and is easy to apply. It's kept my mind thinking how to improve my relationships (even with other adults) throughout the day, and that doesn't usually happen. I have gotten through 7 lessons and can hardly wait for the next! Highly recommend to anyone else having trouble with kids (and spouse, lol!)
