Outstanding. I can't recommend this app enough. It offers really valuable, practical, evidence based info, in small, easy to digest segments. So easy to use and understand, and it is definitely creating huge positive changes in our family. Just trying the first 2 sections, which only takes a few minutes, was enough to start creating change in a way that feels easy.

I love how these lessons are broken down into easy and quick video presentations with follow up questions at the end. I am learning things I thought, I knew I was doing right, is not, " exactly " right, after all, and that I can change and improve the way I respond to and help my child cope with life and situations that arise from everyday interactions and relationships and that I can build a stronger bond with my child at the same time!:) what a great help!! Yes please!!:) found just in time!

This app is absolutely free and no ads. It is NOT here for money. It IS here to make the world better. I feel like every parent would benefit from going go these courses this at least once. I feel it would be even more beneficial to go through all of the courses twice or thrice each year just to better soak in what this app has to offer. Prospects change and we forget.
