I was totally skeptical. I only downloaded this because my six year old said, "ooo what's that star one" when I was in the app store. I opened it and was surprised to see a list of videos and lessons. I checked it out later, it was free! I assumed there would be some hidden agenda. There wasn't. Just great practical step by step guidance on interpersonal communication with your kids and close loved ones during those awkward moments when you really don't know what to say.

Absolutely a great App, I've learned a lot about different things! I really enjoy how they put everything into perspective and give you short chapters so it's not overwhelming but they make sure its able to be understood. I highly recommend to any parent! I've learned so much and I'm only a few chapters in!!! Also can do with your partner so you can talk about it and see the others progress. Really neat and it is free! Try it, u will not regret it.

I struggle with ADHD and finding a moment of quiet from my kids. This app has short, simple lessons. 5 minutes maybe and each can be stopped and started if needed. They keep my focus and are easy for me to comprehend. I have learned a lot in each quick lesson and am excited to learn more. As someone who has read parenting book after parenting book, this app is a HUGE lifesaver. It's so much easier to get the knowledge I'm looking for to be a better parent without the struggle of learning. Ty. <3
