Stay away they write your policy wrong, they approve after inspection and then send me a link for a video inspection inside and out which was not necessary and then canceled my policy after 2 years and advance payments.. now they sold my number to Telemarketing and given them personal information when trying to call them on several different number they have listed my call doesn't go through I believe they blocked my number from their system the thing is I was in the hospital for 3 months

This year, after a required video inspection for contract renewal, a Hippo representative informed me that my contract was already approved, making the inspection unnecessary. However, in October, I received a letter from Hippo stating my policy wouldn't be renewed due to not completing the inspection. They advised contacting the manager. When I called, the manager only tried to sell me a different policies from other companies. I couldn't believe it that they treated me this way.

Right off the bat the app requires more data than it ought to (last name, address, and that's why I stopped to uninstall)
