Ratings and reviews

The mobile app is incredibly disorganized. There's no way to add filters to display specific types of programs, everything is lumped together with no rhyme or reason. There is also no obvious way to go back and edit data (prior to completely closing session) if entered incorrectly, but just about every other piece of information can be edited prior to submitting.

So much better than central reach. When I moved to my current company I was so excited to discover they used Hi Rasmus instead of Central Reach. While it definitely took some trial and error, it is far less buggy and extremely helpful. I will say its CONSTANTLY updating which is annoying but at least it works

Easy to use and very good quality. I am using everyday for my work.
