About this app

Hireyard is the hire register that works in the yard — 100% offline, no account, no tracking.

If you hire out chairs, tables, tents, crockery, sound gear, tools or plant, your register probably lives in a counter book. Hireyard keeps that same register, then answers the three questions paper cannot: what is out and with whom, what rent has built up, and whether you can promise 150 chairs on a date three weeks away.

BUILT FOR THE YARD
Hireyard was built by SUMON ENTERPRISE for hire operators who work outdoors and off-signal: high-contrast "yard ticket" styling, large touch targets, and status shown by icon and label as well as colour.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY
Hireyard declares one permission — INTERNET — and uses it for exactly one thing: loading the privacy policy page from Settings. Nothing else touches the network. There is no account, no server and no analytics, and Play Data safety is declared as "no data collected". Your customer and contract records are encrypted on the device, and a backup file is the only way they travel.
