Ratings and reviews

Since started using for 5 months there is at least 3 to 4 major downtime when the pos cannot use for at least 30 min to an hour. Really unreliable service and not mentioning the pos lacks a lot of features.

Rates are super low and interface Easy to use but do enable landscape mode at the dashboard, so we can edit the pages easier using our mobile devices.

> Experienced loss of funds due to this app on the sunmi v2s. After scanning the credit card, the app displayed the green success screen. However it was actually frozen. When the app was restarted, the transaction was not recorded and my customer was gone. > Support is extremely unresponsive despite this urgent issue and has yet to respond after hours. > Extremely unreliable, crashes a lot > Dont understand why this app requires 30s to connect to the reader thats physically on the same machine
