Beautiful game, but there are some issues with the mobile version. The main issue is with the controls. They are far too sensitive, and cause issue with gameplay at times, especially when needing to do rather finicky jumps, or trying to walk to just the right spot to bring up an action. Other than this, the game is beautiful, with a great story, and high replay value

Amazing graphics quite unusual for a mobile game, but that makes it good animation not a good game. To me, the game aspects are neither interesting nor challenging (there's sooooo much hand-holding that the player never wonders what to do next, or God forbid has to investigate and figure out themselves) , it's as if the game aspects were added as an afterthought, and some platforming and some choose your own adventure stuff was quickly mixed in to turn a beautiful Ghibli animation into a game.

This would have been a 5 star but there were minor game mechanic problems- navigating stairs was sometimes a problem, and platforming was just plain annoying at times. Other than that it looked great, the story was good enough to keep me playing, but sitting through long dialog sequences was my least favorite part. You couldn't efficiently skim the lines if you're a fast reader because it only allows for a weird fast forwarding feature which cuts some lines and leaves in others.
