Hitorinku is an attendance and manpower management app for construction company and building business owners. Record attendance for each site with a tap, and complete everything from calculations to outputting payroll ledger PDFs on a single smartphone.

【Attendance Matrix】
Tap to input attendance, half-day, and holiday work using a monthly calendar and employee list. Supports batch input of "All Attend" and "Copy from Previous Day."

【Manpower Management by Site】
Assign sites by employee and by day using the site brush. Automatically calculates total manpower, working days, and participants for each site.

[Wage Ledger PDF/CSV Output]
By setting each employee's wage rate (daily/hourly), you can output a monthly wage ledger PDF with a single tap. Supports CSV output of attendance data.

[Paid Leave Management]
Equipped with an automatic paid leave granting scheduler. Automates everything from the progress bar for the mandatory 5 days of annual leave to managing the leave deadline. Paid leave requests can be submitted retroactively to past dates within the closing period.

[Employee App Integration]
Employees can join simply by entering an invitation code (no email address required). Paid leave requests can be submitted from the app, and managers can automatically update attendance data by approving them in the inbox.

[Inter-Device Synchronization (v1.1 New Feature)]
Add a second or subsequent device and synchronize attendance, work, and paid leave data between devices. Supports a mix of iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. You can also use it as before with a single device while synchronization is turned off.

[Security]
Manager mode is protected by a PIN code + biometric authentication. All data communication is encrypted.
