I've used this before in my past iphone. Unfortunately I forgot what the apps exact name is. After a lot of Googling I finally found the android app equivalent. This has been very useful for me. Sleeping becomes easier, and waking up gets even better. I've tried other similar meditation and sleep apps but only Andrew Johnson's voice can lull me to sleep easy.
It works. Thank you If you use this app properly and listen carefully it really does improve your sleep patterns. I'd used one of the free apps and was amazed when I woke up in the morning and realised I hadn't spent ages tossing and turning before dropping off. This app is even better. It has put me in charge. I only need the first level. I've used it for three weeks and have now been able to stop as I have a much better routine now. It's there now if I need it again.
Insomnia cured I tend to have a fantastic restful sleep throughout the night following listening to this app. Ive tried lots of things to tackle insomnia this is the only method ive found that i can recommend to others whole heartedly. The other versions for the app such as positive thinking are also great. it has helped me so much over the last few years it's a must have download on any new phone or device.
Amazing I could never fall asleep quickly it would take forever. Now when I can't sleep all I have to do is turn it on and I can drift off to sleep. Sometimes I don't even last after he tells you to focus on your feet. I feel so much better after I listen to it. Sleeping could never be made easier. I am in school and it makes it a perfect way to fall asleep at 10 each night and feel 100% ready to face the day.
Helps me relax so I can actually get some sleep instead of mulling over everything running through my mind. UI update looks a lot cleaner although I don't understand why the default cycle ends with waking you up (straight after getting you to sleep). Sleep as Android plugin would be cool.
