JiaDongLe is a platform that promotes healthy lifestyle habits. JiaDongLe provides and regularly updates exercise videos, healthy recipes, and health information, and features an individual total score, score record, and a top ten leaderboard for reference.
Exercise
• Divided into Parent-Child Stretching Exercises (Beginner and Advanced), Dancing (Chacha and Samba), Fancy Rope Skipping (Levels 1-3), Yoga (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced), and Fitness Training (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced), each demonstrated and explained by professional instructors and/or young athletes.
• Each short video is accompanied by upbeat background music.
• Each level includes a warm-up, four 30-second individual instructional videos, and a 3-5 minute medley exercise.
• Points are awarded upon completion of each exercise session.
• Practical hiking information and routes are provided for user reference.
