I prefer using an app for online shopping. And H&M's interface is easy to use. That said, it is not reliable. sometimes tou remove things from your cart and they reappear. or you try and add an item to your cart or wishlist, and it refuses to. closing the app will fix this sometimes buy not always. And then you have to look for the item again. been this ways since I got the app months ago, too.

Perfectly usable app for shopping. Inuitive interface. Layout is organized and nice looking. Only 60 items allowed in the Favorites list, but that's my only complaint. Nice features: no ads, access to plus sizes, and a barcode scanner so if u dont find the right size/color in-store u can easily find that exact item in app. Everything ships on time. (formerly i complained of bugs. they were fixed, so now no complaints again

4 stars because it doesn't say height or weight of the model and the size they are wearing. Also, too many tracksuit looking outfits and stuff that looks similar. App runs smooth, but still lot of room for improvement. I'm very particular about styles. Hope they update trends more often. If something does catch my eye, its way overpriced for what it should be worth. I feel price is more based on trending product rather than quality of material.
