I like the app. Occasionally, I'll have an issue. But I was going thru apps deleting ones I haven't used, and I realize there are 2 hobbii apps.... I looked at both, and they have slightly different layouts. One looks more colorful with their "sales ads" and the other is more subtle. The tab buttons for one are on the bottom,the other on the top.. I am certain I've ordered from both versions without issues. However, I know I have experienced app issues before, I just don't remember the details.

Absolutely LOVE this site. Haven't messed with the app much, yet but have ordered yarn from them several times. Given I live in the US and it has be mailed across the Atlantic, the wait isn't bad at all. Great quality yarns and beautiful colors, great prices (especially the sales!) will continue coming back everytime!

I have this pattern, but the yarn is discontinued. When I try to see the details of the pattern to get the yarn description, I get, "oops, something went wrong." I can not get the yarn details. When I go to chat, that isn't helpful either. It just tells me to go to "details ". It's really frustrating! I can't seem to get help.
