The app works okay, a little clunky, the single star is for the company itself. Customer support is basically non-existent now. Also, Hobbii has embraced the use of generative AI in marketing in recent months and I can no longer trust their product photos. The company has laid off nearly half their staff in the past few months and no longer values slow creative processes. It's an insult to crafters.

I like the app. Occasionally, I'll have an issue. But I was going thru apps deleting ones I haven't used, and I realize there are 2 hobbii apps.... I looked at both, and they have slightly different layouts. One looks more colorful with their "sales ads" and the other is more subtle. The tab buttons for one are on the bottom,the other on the top.. I am certain I've ordered from both versions without issues. However, I know I have experienced app issues before, I just don't remember the details.

I hear a lot of good reviews about this site 💕 and I hope to be ordering more from them as soon as I am satisfied with my first order from them. I am a first time crocheer and I love it because it relaxes me when I get overwhelmed with the hectic things of this life and I love creating gift's for my family and that right there gives me a warm feeling that I'm also putting smiles on my family's faces.👍🌅
