Highly recommend getting the app to take advantage of the loyalty rewards program. In my experience the app has a few minor bugs but still worth it. For example, if you have it open and close and return after a few minutes it may say that it couldn't find the location or it's closed. Reopening the app fixes the issue. The push and email notifications that your order is ready are very delayed and so inaccurate. It's a great community focused company with tasty products to give your business too.

donuts 🍩 are amazing the app suck. US developers are horrible. You click reorder and nothing happens:-( discouraging customers from ordering. Bad app design have to scroll down to find donuts:-(. Horrible App reorder does not work!

Easy to use and great that they add $5 just for downloading the app.
