Attempted to book hotels three times through Holisto. Each time I booked I'd get an email about 30 minutes later saying my booking was not able to be completed and was cancelled due to "technical issues". Called and they will not honor the price I advertised that I booked under. It's awful customer service, never working with them again.

this company is useless, how can I have two hotel bookings cancelled on the same day and now I have to pay 80 pounds more than before I will never use them again and I will not recommend anyone to use it as it just headache phone customer service and waited over 20 mins to speak to someone who couldn't help soo disappointing I wish there was a zero star rating

Beware of using Holisto. It is a fraud app. I recently had made a booking through Holisto for a stay at a reputed global chain. Upon reaching the property for check-in, the hotel informed us that there is no reservation. All emails I got from Holisto confirming the booking were fraud / invalid. The hotel staff hadn't heard of Holisto and not received a single booking from them in many years. Attempts to reach Holisto customer Support by me and the hotel staff were left unanswered.
