Absolutely terrible. The 2FA for the app is resolved onlly by imputing a number form the app itself that is not working because the 2FA is busted. Unbelievable. Still on chat as I type, and they keep resetting my 2FA on their end until it looges me out. Then the circle continues. I am at loss of worlds.

There is no calendar view. You can make a booking but you can not view that booking. NO CALENDAR VIEW You can not view future bookings. You can not view anything really. Just pop in a calendar. The page real estate is taken up with 4 massive buttons...reduce them and put in a calendar view. Or make it 5 massive buttons with one a scrollable calendar. This has been on request for over 2 years from reviews that I've read. I've emailed and called the company...get no reply. Dissappointing.

Useless app, their frontdesk also has a l9t of bugs. We have a lot of trouble login and reset password. Their software keep change compatible probpem with Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Login problem happen everytime we login, we need to keep changing default browser to use them. Yet, our browsers are all up to date and it happened to pcs and laptops, not a particular pc.
