change of the basket's functionality!! items in the basket are no longer kept for 15 min. so it's a waste of time! we shop items, putting them progressively in the basket. but these items can disappear. once we are ready to check-out, we get "some items are out of stock". those items were available at the moment we put them in the basket. you want to create urgency and pressure to purchase faster. instead you create frustration. loosing my interest in your services

Delivery date isn't mentioned before paiment. Just after paiment you can see the delivery date if you're not satisfied you can't cancel the order for any reasoon, when you receive the product and not satisfied you have to return it on your own charges they will not refund the return charges even if is theire mistake. Be aware you can be robbed on this application

The app needs a ton of improvements. Each time a new update is released, it comes with useless new features while the important ones are missed out (like adding to wishlist)... Also it seems that different sales/brands have different functions. Makes no sense. This seems to be a big disregard for Quality Control and professionalism. I have made several orders and never had big issues. Of course that in most items you can find them online elsewhere at the same price or cheaper.
