Not sure how I feel about this new app. I can say a few things I don't like: 1) I don't like when I send an email through the homebody app It doesn't show the email that I sent. so there is no record of me sending anything. I keep all my emails on file just in case there's any issue with anything. My apartments are terrible at replying which is why I keep them all on file. updated: I only have one issue now which is not being able to see my emails that I send to them even through the homebody

Prices are fair and coverage is almost identical to other home renters insurance. My issue is your app. Please fix to be allow to make more than one payment at a time. if I want to pay $35 on my $24 policy, I should be able to do so. I don't have time to call you. Plus listing the payments made and balance due for a policy period is not available. Fix it.

Not all features work properly. case in point: the password reset request. Tried using this with no luck, waited for the email the app was supposed to send. Nothing. Not 5 minutes later, not an hour or two later...just nothing. No response whatsoever.
