This new home body went and screwed up. How I had to deal with August's rant? I had it set up for the flex payment of pay in half and then instead I ended up paying the full rent and plus late charges. It took a while to set up the new app portal for the homebody. So it related into several problems. And so I'm very frustrated, but anyway, the August rent got paid, that's all it counts. I guess.

Not sure how I feel about this new app. I can say a few things I don't like: 1) I don't like when I send an email through the homebody app It doesn't show the email that I sent. so there is no record of me sending anything. I keep all my emails on file just in case there's any issue with anything. My apartments are terrible at replying which is why I keep them all on file. updated: I only have one issue now which is not being able to see my emails that I send to them even through the homebody

Prices are fair and coverage is almost identical to other home renters insurance. My issue is your app. Please fix to be allow to make more than one payment at a time. if I want to pay $35 on my $24 policy, I should be able to do so. I don't have time to call you. Plus listing the payments made and balance due for a policy period is not available. Fix it.
