Works Great When It Works. For instance sometimes my schedule won't load or it'll say I have nothing scheduled when I know I do for a fact, and just this morning it told me my login cell phone number, the number I've been using with the app for almost a year now, wasn't recognized. No, I hadn't typed in the wrong number I double checked. Thankfully after restarting both the app and my phone it was working again. When the app works it works great. The random glitches, though. Yikes.

I'm unable to complte logging in; I get a pop up box stating: "Turn on location services" "Oops we must verify your location when logging in, but looks like your location services are disabled." You suppose to click one of the two options below: NO THANKS GO TO SETTINGS I would click "GO to SETTINGS," but I get a more confused screen that doesn't show a location option...😳 so, therefore, my logging out is always incomplete...😏 And don't even bother calling the Administration Office...

Before, the app was pretty good, sometimes it would not let me do things, but since I got a new phone, the app just will not work. When I try to type out my notes for my shifts, it freezes every 3-4 words and crashes. I've tried every way I have found to get a hold of someone for help, to no avail.
