In the same boat as most everyone else, the app is incredibly buggy, won't find the table most of the time, so you're constantly doing hard reboots just to get it to load. Clearing cache helped once, but then same issues a few days later. Connectivity shouldn't be this difficult for a device intended to be relaxing. Might be time for a new app dev team.

Hardware may not be supported after app updates. Received Drift as gift approx. 2 years ago and loved it initially. After one year, probably closer to 6 months, the app stopped controlling the unit entirely and I have since been left with the generic 5 or so options via the 1 button on the plug. No control over brightness or a static color option. Now they made a new app...that doesn't support my model at all.

I can't call this app functional at all. Something is quite wrong, no Bluetooth connectivity issues as a lot have mentioned, but other than pausing, and sometimes starting the table, all functions have quit working. I have tried every piece of troubleshooting I could find. The hardware seems to work quite well, software....not so much. More frustrating than relaxing.
