I've been having problems adding my kids to the app and correcting my wife's name for about three weeks now. I uninstalled it. Re installed it. Updated it. Went to the property management office to report the problem. All I got so far was a message from the app stating, "Sorry for the problem. We're working on it, " and "we'll inform the system technicians" from the property management office. In theory, it's a great idea. In reality, it's a problem until the bugs get fixed.

For this application, it serves it's purpose. Really good to have this for your visitors and gate pass and work permits. Really loved it! Few suggestions and noticeable bugs: 1: Suggesting to re-enable the bills payment and show at least the outstanding payables or what's charged on you. Not necessary for you to pay via app, at least the list of payables are enough I guess; and 2: When searching and adding visitors, it always clears your list. Really hassle if you have multiple visitors. Thanks!

This app is so annoying. I completed creating an account, but I keep getting the message "User not found" when I try to log back in to finish the form and it won't even let me upload the app to my laptop.
