this app is not safe. I don't regularly use this app unless I need to apply a work permit and gate pass when my unit needs repair, installation and other services for the hired staff anyway upon checking this app there's a two persons name that is registered in my unit as tenant. how come they approved that without verification process

Can't upload any pictures in any mandatory field that requires a picture. It just says "an error occurred, please try again later". When I just created an account and tried the "Continue Later" option for other information fields it went back to the login page. Then I tried logging in and it says unauthorized/invalid username password. I clicked on forgot password option and it told me the email is not registered to the app. Waste of time :)

Cannot add additional unit. It says "tenants are not allowed to use this feature, although, I'm not a tenant. Tried creating new account for specific property, but upon reaching step 3 and clicking "proceed", nothing happened. Tried again but now it says that "email already registered". Going back on the login page, it now says "invalid username/password". When you click on "forgot password", it now says that email is not registered.
