About this app

Fitdock records your daily activities and can combine them with smart exercise equipment to automatically track your health progress. On top of recording your heart rate and sleep data, the app also records individual exercise workouts within the app.

The main features:
1. Health data display: Fitdock records data relevant to your physical condition such as steps taken, sleep hours, heart rate, calories burned, while also provides you with professional interpretations over these data.
2. Exercise data analysis: Fitdock is also able to record while you exercise, and will display various data, including a detailed route and various exercise data analysis afterwards.
3. Notifications assistant: Fitdock pushes CALL、SMS and other app notifications to the connected smartwatch, you can mute, answer, or hang up on the connected device while receiving an incoming call. You can also quickly reply to the caller via SMS.

Please note: Fitdock will use your location in the background when you work out. It will draw a map of your activity and provide accurate exercise data.

Ratings and reviews

The app will NOT OPEN on my Android phone. The first time I loaded it out came up. I was able to register. then each time I would try and log in, it keeps saying server issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 30 times. I have restarted my phone twice. I have some on the VPN. I have turned off the VPN. I have done it on Wi-Fi, 3 different Wi-Fi's, off WiFi. NOTHING WORKS TO USE THE APP. I have been doing this since Christmas Day, 8 days it really stinks.

all of a sudden the app is no longer showing watch face options to choose from. I've tried clearing cache, restarting my phone, rebooting the watch, and nothing is fixing it. I only get a blank screen. It has now been at least a few days since this issue started. I emailed support and just tried to submit a feedback form but the dang thing keeps asking for a feedback label which isn't even an option????

I've had this watch and app for 6 days, and I got it to primarily track sleep. The first three days, the watch tracked and the data was sent to my phone. On the third day, though, the app has stopped collecting sleep data entirely. The watch is working fine and shows its data when I check it, but sleep data is no longer being synced with the app. If you are getting this for sleep, I do not recommend.
