Man, the old app was much better, faster, more intuitive, and easier to use. Basic functions are almost impossible to find, and when found, harder to use. The check pictures show all distorted for mobile deposit. The new way credit cards show up and are paid is crazy. Basically, me having a half dozen online banking apps, this one went from one of the best to the very worst. It behaves like a simple web browser to a poorly written page instead of the refined experience we used to have.

The old version allowed me to pick a date range to download into Excel. This one doesn't. Also, when downloading, the word "withdrawl" or "deposit" should be in another cell. It is in the same cell as the business. The old version was much better for exporting data. Also, when transferring funds to pay off my Visa, the old app showed how much was due. The new app shows how much is available. We now have to write down the amount and then go to the transfer page. Not as easy as the original.

I hate that everything is still limited, paying car payments and transferring money are a pain, and the functions to go back are not adaptive on phone. I disliked the last app due to not being able to do much, but I truly don't like this one even more. Mobile deposit is a nightmare. It took 10 minutes to get the camera to focus on the check. Absolutely worst app out there.
