I downloaded this app in November, and I've given it its fair shot. This app is definitely not it. It does have some good features that any budgeting app will have but is also majorly lacking. For one, while you can add your monthly expenses and set limits for each category... they do not add up to a total and certainly don't compare your total expenses to your monthly income. You know, the basic premise of budgeting?? There's not room here to fully rant.

The app looks and is designed beautifully. It even has great features and functions well enough. The problem is that it doesn't refresh accounts and if you manually refresh them it doesn't pull the latest data. The support is also trash. I've tried 4 separate times to reach out and not once have I gotten a response. Their app says a response in 24 hours...that's not going to happen. Sadly there are very few alternatives so for now I am stuck.

Their support is garbage, not that's being too nice, their support is non existent. This app is a decent replacement for mint, but has some major flaws (like not being able to connect to a bank account) and missing features. Flaws like not being able to connect to a bank account and thus bring in the transactions from that account, you know the basic requirements of budgeting, make this app virtually useless, and their support, despite saying will respond in 24 hours, NEVER RESPONDS.
