bricked itself and locked me out of my account. a Chinese message I can't understand shows up when I open it. trying to put in a new password to get into my own account says I "input the wrong new password" when trying to change it. only ever got to use it once

the app got rid of the function that makes it move. now it just vibrates and the app crashes every time I open it. wish I could return at this point it's useless. don't waste your money

Had really high hopes for some remote excitement with this and my girlfriend. Nothing but frustration. Fails to connect most of the time. Disconnects all the time after less than a minute. Intend to return the vibrator. If it's not remote, frankly it's not special in any way to other superior vibrators.
