You’ll need to sign up to become a towing and roadside Partner at joinHONK.com first. Once you sign up we will walk you through the steps on how to download the app and add other operators so that you can start taking jobs with HONK.

Ratings and reviews

Never alerts you about jobs. I'm constantly opening up the app to see all the jobs I wasn't awarded and never alerted about. When I do get alerted I rush through the accept terms just to have the job awarded to someone else. In the last two weeks I haven't been able to get a single job through this app regardless of checking and refreshing it every 10 minutes. Seriously, what's the point

First off this app is complete and utterly useless. Jobs lag and when you’re going on scene it doesn’t update. Since you’re not showing on scene you cannot clear the call out. I’d prefer to use Towbook with it but that doesn’t always work either. Now for Honk. If you run into an issue with a live call the dispatch line does nothing but tell you to go online to resolve the issue. Why they can’t help you while connected is beyond me. We spent over 90 minutes trying to find one of their customers o

I can't seem to figure out how to get this after ring. All the notification settings on my phone for the app are on my volume is up and the app itself has the notifications turned on. But for some reason I still doesn't ring and oftentimes I don't realize I've had a job since me until you know 5 or 10 minutes later. At that point it's already gone I have no idea who to call I already reach out to you to have this resolved.

Fix the message shown during confirmation when you previously submitted that you can leave immediately.
Fix the confirmation map not showing the driving route from your tow truck location to the disablement scene.
