app doesn't work, even called. them telling me that it's working, then it's not. then just put on hold with no answers or timeline as to when it will be working again. all the years I've been with honors they have been good until that young lady transfered me to a "line with no cue", just to be put on hold until they hung up on me

I have two accounts. The new app does not recognize either of my accounts. It says my information doesn't exist. I rebooted my phone and also uninstalled the app and re-opened it and it still gave me the same error message.

this update sucks! not user friendly and confusing! this is what we all had to wait four days for? and on top of that no where was it posted that we would need to uninstall and reinstall the app to regain access!
