Overall, I do like the app; however, the recent update has changed the ui for the worse. Manage My Cards no longer works on my Samsung Galaxy S23 (Error message regarding the API), Credit Card rewards points are more difficult to navigate to, and transfers require more steps to view and manage existing ones. If the manage my cards feature is fixed, the app will at least be usable again. At the moment I would rather access my online banking via browser.

The app update is terrible. Check deposit no longer hits your account at the same time it used to. Their "more posting per day so checks will hit earlier" is a complete lie. My checks hit my account mid morning on payday. You can no longer early post deposits for 10 dollars. It's been 6 weeks since the update with no fixes for deposits and no eta given when reaching out to the bank directly. Update: reached out to bank 3 times and got 3 different answers. deposits still messed up 8 weeks later.

New app is terrible, menu set up is not good. The way transactions are displayed is bad, no day headings any longer, makes it more confusing to track spending. The way transactions are labeled is even unclear and different. No view of incoming Ach transactions and ability to post them. Thinking of switching to Huntington. You used to get more from credit unions vs banks, but not anymore....
