Clearly designed to aid employers in squeezing dry anyone who's desperate for work. Employers can add new shifts to your schedule on short notice (up to a single day in advance), and they can be preset to you having accepted the terms of agreement. You can't see when this was done so I recommend regularly screenshotting the 'planning' tab. Neither can you see which shifts have been paid out to you and which haven't. Only use if you have absolutely no other options left.

It's not too easy to find a job at first, but I'm a very lucky one! I found a great job with great people. There are also volunteering jobs if you want to get some experience! It's also not too hard to actually get the job you find to pay well. So that's also nice!
