Worst app in the Immobile sector. Buggy. Makes you input the same information 7 times. search save, login. error, login again, another error, your saved house was not saved. search again. more errors. Good idea, horrible execution.

Not the very best. My experience has not been amazing. Most of the accommodations available on this app belong to various rental companies with hidden details. Certain administration procedures are fast however the support team is not great. I had issues with non-admin related things in my accommodation and neither the support team nor the landlord helped me. Upon reaching out to both of them, i was told to contact the customer service of rental company and there was no action taken by them.

Very disappointed with handling my case. The Tenant Protection covers only misrepresentation. I booked a room in a non-smoking property, but clearly someone had broken the rule & the room reeked of cigarette — a serious issue for me as asthmatic person. Despite this being misrepresentation, they dismissed it. I only got a generic reply listing what’s covered, no reply to follow-ups, and no acknowledgment that smoke = misrepresentation. The fees are high, and the service is way below expectations
