App is literally useless. Trying to make a payment just takes you to the website and requires me to enter my account info again. Why wouldn't I just go to the website in the first place?

I think this is probably the most pitiful app I've ever downloaded.. when I was on the app trying to log in I swear heard the old aol login chime.. I was waiting for it to say you've got mail !
