This app provides peer-support, educational resources, and community-based recovery tools. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The foundation of recovery from alcoholism is believed to be the deflation of ego. We focus on addressing the root cause of alcoholism and addiction, which lies in the mind. Setting aside the substance or behaviour is only the beginning. Lasting recovery comes from confronting the underlying thoughts, beliefs and patterns that drive our addictions.
