Downloaded the app as recommended by H&R Block. Tried to create an account, but would not progress past the email and password component, with the app just freezing with the loading symbol just perpetually spinning for eternity. Once it finally did allow access and up load receipts, it wouldn't allow me to export them to the H&R Block agent doing my tax. Honestly, download the ATO app, it's much more intuitive.

It was working fine previously but not sure what happened after the latest update. It's been buggy trying to add a new receipt. Been trying to add new receipts for the past 3 days but it didn't work 9/10 times. It miraculously worked once and then it stopped again. And it hasn't worked since. Please fix it soon as I don't want to accumulate a whole bunch of receipts to upload last minute at the end of FY.

Used it for around 2 weeks, the app logged me out and required me to log in again, no big deal so I typed in my email/PW and it took nearly 5 min to load and tell me it was incorrect despite having written it down, figured I'd just reset my password instead, didn't work told me "something went wrong" multiple times, I uninstalled reinstall and even tried again the next day with the same result, I figured it's most likely a server maintenance issue but regardless you'd expect the app to work
