Can't add mileage for any date in 2025. There are a few dates last year that I forgot to track, I try to add them manually but it never works. Tap the add button and nothing happens. Filed IT ticket and chatted via email. They had me screen record and send them a video. They said it was an issue with their software and they are "working" on it. This was well over a week ago. Still not working. Yes I've tried uninstalling the app, force stopping it and clearing the cache. App is great if it works

I've been using this app for years but recently I'll push track my miles only to find out that it hasn't. I've had to start using my miles counter on my car dashboard and then add them manually to the app, which as also helped because the app hadn't been tracking all of miles correctly. I'm going to download another app. Also stop asking/reminding people about our health insurance.

I really loved this app . I started using it a few months ago when I was forced to do gig work after losing my job. It was a huge help and super reliable for the past two weeks i've had nothing but problems. My data while tracking my drive won't save any longer and just disappears like it never happened. Which is extremely stressful a gig worker.
