I liked this one best. I tried some other HRV trackers simultaneously and this one seemed to have the best algorithm for results that matched the way I felt. The results seemed to catch my internal mental stress and when I had little sleep and it showed me a lower HRV and recommended I take it easy. I used it with the pro trial subscription. I really like the one sentence daily activity recommendation with Pro and the graph that tracks other things like sleep too.
Excellent App I tried this app along side 3 others and ithlete produced the most accurate results. It also had one of the better user interfaces.
Best I've found I like this app for its simplicity and ease of use. The Pro upgrade is good, and as a chiropractor I have started using the Coach app to keep track of my patients too.
Does what I need it to. I use it with finger sensor. Very few problems
