I liked this one best. I tried some other HRV trackers simultaneously and this one seemed to have the best algorithm for results that matched the way I felt. The results seemed to catch my internal mental stress and when I had little sleep and it showed me a lower HRV and recommended I take it easy. I used it with the pro trial subscription. I really like the one sentence daily activity recommendation with Pro and the graph that tracks other things like sleep too.
Excellent App I tried this app along side 3 others and ithlete produced the most accurate results. It also had one of the better user interfaces.
Does what I need it to. I use it with finger sensor. Very few problems
Connection Issues I can never get it to work unless I restart my phone every time. Measurements are usually close to Bioforce, but about 5-10 off from Sweet Beat. HRV is a good overall health check that you can do from home, but it's still too new to really say how good. For now, I just use it to tell me when to stop exercising.
Very accurate Ithlete Pro is surprisingly accurate! More than 90% of the time my subjective sense of energy and recovery is reflected in my HRV score and Ithlete's training recommendations. I am quite impressed.
